For Bank Account Transfer, you can choose either "Apply Online" or "Apply by Mail".
"Apply Online" is for individual customers who use internet banking. Those who don't have an internet banking account can also apply online.
You can choose this payment method at the time of your
enrollment to T'dash or after your enrollment by modifying account settings in your MyPage Account.
"Apply by Mail" is for corporate customers.
After applying, we will send you only an "ACH Application Form".
Please fill out the form and return it to us at your earliest convenience.
Please send back ACH application form ONLY. We are unable to accept any other enclosed documents.
Once we receive the returned application form, we will begin the application procedure,
which usually takes 1 to 2 months. Until the application is approved,
we will send you a "Convenience Store Payment Slip ".
The monthly issuance fee associated with the Convenience Store Payment Slip
will not be applied to customers awaiting completion of ACH setup.
